The whole video is made by me, using only footage made by me in Berlin in 2008. The sound is also selfmade by a friend of mine (Ghoul Detail).Youtube disabled the following material as a result of a third-party notification from NHK claiming that this material is infringing
Everything is selfmade. I used no other people's property (video or audio).
I dedicated the clip to Kobo Abe - the words "Kobo Abe" can
be seen in the intro - the words, not a photo or something like that, mind you.
The title of the video is "My Secret Rendezvous".
So, is NHK concerned about the "Kobo Abe" words?
Should I file a counter-notification or should I erease the Kobo Abe
thing out of the intro and even select another title and upload it again?
Something like that never happened to me and I'm a little bit baffled.
Thanks!
