Any gaming over the holiday weekend?

Post by Trev » Thu Nov 22, 2012 7:44 pm

Taking advantage of some extra time off to play some games? What's everyone playing right now?

My wife and I are re-playing The Legend of Zelda Skyward Swotd in Hero Mode. It's amazing how much of the game I've forgotten in just a year. It makes it feel new and fresh.

On 3DO I've been playing a lot of The Lost Files of Sherlock Holmes, which I'm sure you can tell from all the posts I've made about it. Also alternating with a bit of Road Rash.

I plan on finally cracking open Max Payne 3 today before I have to go to work. I picked it up a little while ago from work for $18.

No extra time off for me, I will be working today and tomorrow per usual. I was supposed to work yesterday as well, but I "came down with something" and wasn't able to make it. ;)

I'm continuing a second run through the Turbo CD version (via the good old Virtual Console) of Ys Book I & II. My main reason for playing it again is that I'm finally getting around to playing Ys III and want to freshen up on the story. Though it is a fun game to revisit, despite the replay value being practically nil.
