The new Batman Film
I never liked Batman. Not the Adam West version, not the cartoon, not the comic, not the 1989 cinematic version or any of the sequels - they all sucked. Until the latest one. it's awesome. It's like Batman + Miami Vice + Heat. That is all.
I liked how the film tricked you into thinking 'Ahh, this must be coming up to the dramatic ending!'
Then this occurred about three times throughout the film! Great story telling and the portrayal of JOKER was sublime. Otherwise I didn't get the impression the other actors were particularly stretched with the exception of Harvey Dent played by Aaron Eckhart.
