Airmail vs. EMS

Post by Trev » Sun Jun 15, 2008 5:45 pm

Okay, so once again I'm buying some import games from Japan. And once again I am faced w/the dilema of shipping options. I've always gone Airmail bacause it is quite a bit cheaper. I don't mind the longer wait either. Yet I always worry about the package getting damaged or lost. I haven't had any trouble yet, but it is a fear.

Anyone have any horror stories w/Airmail? Or am I worrying for nothing?

Airmail for the win. EMS is best. OverLand is dreadful. As T2Kfreaker will testify, is awful.

C'mon T2K ... testify!

BTW, my games came today ... extra cost was worth it for me, and I really was suprised they came as quick as they did.

Montana Jones (finally!)
Murphy's TV
Wacky Races
Wacky Races 2 - In space

Gonna be a fun weekend! :D

Tracking all the way to me was no problem.

I'll be able to do a first hand comparison, cause I opted for the cheaper shipping on my other batch of games (Belzerion, No Tatsujin, Winning Post) I'll see if there are any drawbacks other than a longer wait.
