Best GC Mario Party

Never was too interested in these titles before, but latley we've been entertaining friends more, and party type video games seem to be a big hit (I'm gonna have to bust out the 3DO & show everyone 'Twisted'

So anyway, I was wondering which of the Mario Party games was best? (Not counting GBA, Wii & DS)
