I just watched 'License to Drive" with Cory Haim. Brilliant. I am Cory Feldman in that film by the way.
I also liked:
- Vamp.
- Weekend at Bernies.
- Weird Science.
- Lost Boys.
- Breakfast Club.
- Ferris Buellers day off.
- Dream Machine.
- Class
- and sixteen candles.
- Heathers
- Kuffs
- and that other one with Christian Slater and the pirate radio.
In fact every movie since has been rubbish...It's amazing how much these movie influenced me. Weird. Anyway... am I alone?

The movie was called "Pump Up The Volume".
I'm more of a horror buff myself, especially the 80's types, although I am a sucker for "Some Kind Of Wonderful", as it were.
Night Of The Comet
Hellraiser
Return Of The Living Dead
Day Of The Dead
Blade Runner
Legend
Ferris Beulers Day Off
C.H.U.D.
Red Sonja
Fright Night
My Best Friends A Vampire
Nightmare On Elm Street
The Fog
Escape From New York
Dario Argento's Opera
Evil Dead 2
Pretty In Pink
Less Than Zero
Yeah, I know I am twisted, kiss my arse!
