In my car right now I have many CDs which include these bands

Pink Floyd, Supertramp, Chicago, Kansas, Spock's Beard, Neal Morse, Kaipa, Chemical Brothers, Megadeth, Metallica, Soul Coughing and thats all I can remember at the moment. Something for whatever mood I might be at the time.

And for thread compliance...

I just couldnt get into 10,000 days. I tried. It sounded like it had o many recycled riffs and patterns from previous albums. It wasn't fresh to me. I love all their other albums though.

Can't access the links from here (at work) but if it's a single track I am thinking of, I'm pretty sure I have it. I have a few by Futurebound & Matrix and they are all awesome. :)

I never bought a lot of DNB, but it's something I tried getting into a few years ago (on a djing level) and then put it off. I need to get back on that..

thanks man (i think), That UFO stuff i also have on a Doco called "Out of the Blue".

The only other music i have heard in this format was a couple of tracks made by the WOW crowd, though the random TS samples were out of time with the instrumental.

I just listened to NIN's Left Side of The Fragile album the other day. I am not even sure why it popped up in my head that day. My brain is weird like that.

That whole double-disc compilation is one of my favorite albums. I get the idea that a lot of NIN fans don't like it though.

I lean towards the edgier industrial metal. Lately I have stepped back in time a little and have been listening to ...

I've got "Outlaw Song" by Sixteen Horsepower playing right now. It's so freaking good. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be stuck at work late though, so I'm sure I'll be playing some Mayhem in a bit...

Yeah thats how it seems to go. Most people hated it because it didn't have the same dark side edge that Trent always was goin on about in the past. I just heard that album so many times that after a while it grew on me.

This week im listening to a band closer to 3dokids home. One of the greatest metal bands ever ... Bolt. Thrower !

Been a fan of these guys for years and years. The dark forboding lyrics of war, apocalyptic detsruction, and warhammer 40k universe mixed with hard, grinding, melodic guitars.

Must listen CDs are Mercenary and Those Once Loyal !!

I'm listening to Kaipa's new album "Vittjar". Something about Kaipa, I can never hate the music no matter how much I listen to their last few albums.

A few days ago my brother turned me on to a German band called "Oomph!". They are generally classified under that German "dance metal" style, much like Rammstein and Eisbrecher. Anyone who enjoys Rammstein in particular, needs to check these guys out (anyone who doesn't enjoy Rammstein will probably want to pass). And unlike Rammstein's last release, Oomph's latest albums seem to be wildly consistent, something I look for in the albums I buy. I've only had the opportunity to stream their tunes on YouTube, but I've checked out nearly every track on their 2006 and 2008 releases, as well as their English compilation album, and I don't think I found a single track I didn't enjoy (I ended up going on eBay and buying each of those albums).

Here are links to a couple of videos for anyone interested:

http://youtu.be/EzkJYoyHqdI (a faster one, very similar to Rammstein. Also in a relatively creepy style in terms of the music video itself)

http://youtu.be/CGvvBzL7mnA (slower, much more melodic)

I've been listening to Buck 65 all night. The funny thing is this recommendation came from a friend goth (usually) DJ of mine. (Yeah, he does a wide variety of things).

Looking through this guy's live videos, he's got a TON of talent. He doesn't seem to be terribly popular, at least not from a mainstream perspective anyway.

Good for those that like hip-hop with lyrics they can actually understand and a country twist (yeah, I know, kind of the complete opposite I posted above): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wyyVh3uc5Y
