Just listened to the new Dream Theater album that is coming out next month. It is much better than the last one. They are returning back to their older sound but still keeping the good side of the new sound. Threw in my preorder for the deluxe boxset. I recommend checking this one out when it comes out.
ps, if you try to put on your eyepatch, there were alot of fakes posted.

LIstening to Dream Theater - Black Clouds & Silver Linings (Vinyl Version). I think they fudged the mix on the record. It's not really bad but seems different and perhaps has some clipping. Gonna have to compare it to the CD soon.

A friend of mine got that on LP for her birthday not too long ago.
Personally I'm listening to a lot of Recoil right now.

I am old and am listening to the latest offering from the B-52's as well as watching the Bowie Video Collection on VCD! (not at the same time)

B-52's are awesome! I need to buy a new Good Stuff CD as mine has fallen apart. But I still have the cassette... translucent orange plastic baby!

Good Stuff rocked - I still play it in my car!
Unfortunately due to budget constraints I'm gonna miss their concert in one of our local wineries
Kate Pierson still looks good(ish) and its good to see the original line up back together!

If I hear Love Shack one more time at work im liable to snap. lol. That song seems to go on forever. B-52's are Ok but just a bit different.
Right now im waiting for the new Transatlantic album to come out. I wish someone would leak that thing, at least just leak it to me. I already bought the deluxe edition. Im not sure that anyone that leaks albums cares about this band though :/
Cant say that I have heard of Recoil before.
oh and...

How'd you guess? lol. Actually listened to Pink Floyd's Animals album today. It's an under-rated classic for sure.

Naw, I'm a huge B52s fan. You just need to expand your B52 library.
Wait till you hear "Planet Claire!!"
One of the things I liked about the Amiga were the B52 references!!
I do admit it tho, while I listen to modern music, it usually because they play it on my "We play everything" (But mostly 80's) station.

Planet Claire has pink hair, all the trees are red. No one ever dies there, no one has a heeeeeeeeeeeeeeead!
(Hoping I didn't fudge up the words)
Kate Pierson has wicked hair! I actually found out what dye she uses, turned out to be a mix of two colors from the same line of hair dye. I was gonna bye some to put blue streaks in but I never did.
hehe when I was younger I put this deep blue almost purple dye in. Well it was cheap and faded into blue and then into green! Because I have dark brown hair a friend bleached some streaks so it would show up... yellow and blue make green... oopsy! but I left it because I got so many compliments on the green, it eventually changed to blonde but it was pretty much grown out since then. I love my hair... but I'm thinking of cutting a few inches off.
Oh and I'm listening to Disconnected by Face to Face.
