i have a philips version that died
Ex-3DO collector extraordinaire , but i still have my collection
Villagephotos is dead, need to find my old pics and find another host

I've wanted this one for a while ... one of the few CD-i units that doesn't fall victim to the consoles hideous battery design flaw.

That is a very nice machine.

There is a part of me that wishes 3DO had licensed a portable unit in some form.
It probably would have been less successful than the 3DO Blaster, but as a plus it would have made for one hell of a collectibe.

I have often considered making one around the Anvil chip. With an IDE interface it is even more promising.
