Neo Geo CD again.

Okay, so it worked, then it didn't, then it did, now it don't.
It boots fine, but just goes to the CD player screen.
I googled, and checked the CD detection button. Seems fine. I also replaced the entire Lens mechanism, and it worked sort of, it would load first generation games, but not second. So, Samurai Shodown 1 would load, 2 wouldn't. Now it loads nothing. I have a nagging feeling that it's voltage but...
Anyone have any clues?
If all else fails, i'll just buy another, as the games just reach out and touch me. They look so completely right it hurts.
