well it's probably not what your all expecting but it's all I got.
When I was in 3rd grade I faked being sick to stay home and convinced my parents to take me to blockbuster and rent A Nightmare On Elm Street for NES. They never would let me rent the movies so all I had was the video game.
Another time, ok this is kind of dorky but whatever it's a story, I was in 6th grade and I took my shoes and my sisters shoes and hid them under my bed so we could not go to school because we did not have shoes. My parents worked a long ways away from town and so were gone by the time we were getting ready for school. Anyways we stayed home and played Mario bros. all day.
The dorky part was our Nintendo was broken.
Sorry I don't have any juicy confessions here.

Hmmm ...guess you kinda suck at keeping secrets.3DO Experience wrote:I am currently broke but I am secretly planning on buying a couple hundred dollars worth of video game stuff. *bites lip*
Seriously, if you truly are "broke" don't blow hundreds on games! I know how tempting it can be when you stumble upon deals, wondering when you'll see the stuff again, etc ... but please exercise self control.
You'll be glad at the end of the month when you aren't living on Ramen Noodles, bathing with Wetnaps and hiding from your landlord like Solid Snake in a cardboard box.
Sometimes I have to stop myself from even looking at Ebay or other gaming sites, because I know the temptation will be too strong. In times like that, I like to stroll through my gameroom and count up all the games I still haven't played yet. It helps a bit.
