Every time I saw one of these it was so nostalgic I wanted to cry. It came in today, now I can be happy.
PS. Got a digital cam for x-mas!

I have pretty much the same problem as 3DO Experience, but with less money.
I used to save my lunch money my mom used to give me to buy games for my PSX back in the school days, and recently I used all the money I had to eat on the weekend to buy FullAuto 2, had to go for dinner and lunch at my grandma's house.
Sucks when your paycheck ain't that high, you gotta make some "sacrifices" to get the things you want, and I usually make them BEFORE I et my payment, because just like 3DO Experience, I always have that urgency, like if I don't buy it NOW, it'll be gone tomorrow.
Like the 3DO I got, I saw it on the monday but my paycheck was on the friday, I had to control myself cause I was REALLY broke, when I finally got my money the first thing I did was rush to buy it and gladly it was still there. But I can guarantee it was 5 days without sleeping well, fearing that friday the 3DO would be gone forever.

So, I was feeling a little down on Monday and so I went to the local game shop and traded in a shelf or two of my games. I don't have that many games anymore to begin with so it was a considerable downsize ($300 in credit received, which would have probably equated to $500+ if I sold it online), but the process felt liberating, honestly. Like some weight was just taken off my shoulders.
These last two days though I've been scouring eBay for more stuff. I keep telling myself I don't need it, nor am I likely to use it, but it's not working. W. T. F.

Ooh I know this. I was in Tokyo recently, last week in fact. Whether I buy something or not, I go to Akihabara (Electric City) and have a wander about.Austin wrote:So, I was feeling a little down on Monday and so I went to the local game shop and traded in a shelf or two of my games. Drives the wife nuts as i go to the Junko Softo shops and just look at all the old tat with a moronic grin on my chops. There is one (I think it's Soft Map 5) they have shelves and shelves and shelves (a whole floor) of SNES, NES, PC Engine, NEO GEO, Saturn, PS1 games all on the shelves. I was within a thread of buying a Neo Geo CDZ. They even have Jag games on the shelf, something I haven't seen in the UK in years, 32X games and even a row of 3DO stuff. Nothing I didn't already have but...
They also had boxed units on the shelf, so a CDZ, a 3DO, goldy coloured Saturns, they even had a box copy of Radiant Silver gun in a cabinet. Luckily, I'm always put off by having to lug the lot half way around the planet but my heart always aches...
