Guys and girls: Youtube removed a video of mine.
Quote:
Youtube disabled the following material as a result of a third-party notification from NHK claiming that this material is infringing
The whole video is made by me, using only footage made by me in Berlin in 2008. The sound is also selfmade by a friend of mine (Ghoul Detail).
Everything is selfmade. I used no other people's property (video or audio).

I dedicated the clip to Kobo Abe - the words "Kobo Abe" can
be seen in the intro - the words, not a photo or something like that, mind you.
The title of the video is "My Secret Rendezvous".
So, is NHK concerned about the "Kobo Abe" words?

Should I file a counter-notification or should I erease the Kobo Abe
thing out of the intro and even select another title and upload it again?
Something like that never happened to me and I'm a little bit baffled.
Thanks!

edit: censored version is now up:

Seek clarification, and probably counter-notify. If it's because you put a dude's NAME up, well, they don't own his body. Youtube just likes to buckle the moment anybody cries fowl.

Ohterwise, put it on Revver or something.
