Well where do I start ? For the past two years I have been battling a bank in the courts over some mishandling of funds after many appeals and appearances finally a judgement was made on June 24 in the bank's favour and requesting I pay not only my court costs but theirs - $65,000 dollars in total. Unfortunately for me I was not aware of the judgement due to being on holidays and exceeding the 14 day right to appeal deadline. So we return home to find out our house is to be seized as payment and we are to be evicted. Despite frantic efforts from my lawyer (he was not the one who screwed this up - that one I fired) we were met at our doorstep yesterday by a Sheriff and a locksmith. We had just an hour to grab what belongings we could before the house was sealed.
It wasn't a good day.

Thanks for all your kind words guys - its been appreciated. I am greatly to blame though - I have a temper and allowed it to ruin not only my own life but my wife and kids as well. We move into a new place on Wednesday but its gonna take about 5 years to get back to where we were. Lesson learnt

Many people would have been paralyzed in your situation. You go on fighting, even if the frontline is a tight green line. But still, it's horrible as UT wrote. And you've got even time to write here, on 3DO Zone. All the best mattyg. Damn
