Metal Gear Solid 4 not rubbish!

Post by 3DOKid » Fri Dec 26, 2008 8:38 am

This has turned into the supprise of my life, especially when I thought two 45min cut scenes would bore me to death - but no, MGS4 is actually pretty good. Who would have thoughht?

Finished this tonight - I liked it. There are a lot of things wrong with it, it's by no means perfect, but there is something very cool about it too! :)

Looking forward to MGS5 now :)

The story was quite delicious.

If a little convoluted. Even by gaming standards - it had more twists than a curley-whirly.

I like the flash backs. I liked the MGS1 bit too. And the music is very good. :)

It wouldn't be Metal Gear any other way.

That's a good point. It didn't jump the shark by doing an MGS2 style ending. The good news is Snake ain't dead. :)
