Let's Play/Drown Out - Starblade & Pyramid Intruder
I managed to sneak in time for a new video over the weekend:
Let's Play/Drown Out - Starblade (3DO, 1994), Pyramid Intruder (3DO, 1995)
Pyramid Intruder turns out to be harder than we thought...
We hope you enjoy it.

I'm doing a tour of the USA to the tune of PowerPoint and samey looking hotels. However, this will be my Sunday afternoon treat with a nice cup of tea and a rich tea biscuit. Or 10.
Thank you.
Thank you.

I enjoyed that quite a bit. The story about the ruined Simutrek PCBs was surprisingly painful to hear!

Is Tom Bodett keeping the light on for you?3DOKid wrote:I'm doing a tour of the USA to the tune of PowerPoint and samey looking hotels. However, this will be my Sunday afternoon treat with a nice cup of tea and a rich tea biscuit. Or 10.

What came after the Jaguar was the PS1 which for all it's greatness, ushered in corporate development and with it the bleached, repetitive, bland titles which for the most part we're still playing today. - David Wightman

No. Sadly. Washington, Denver, Santa Clara, Houston, Boston.
I love the country. I love the people. I hate United Airlines.

Talk about totally missing something. I work for a company called Palo Alto. So naturally, they're based in (cheaper) Santa Claraewhac wrote:Who (and when) are you visiting in Santa Clara?3DOKid wrote:No. Sadly. Washington, Denver, Santa Clara, Houston, Boston.

I'm sure ewhac will post it in due time, but he and gammadev have uploaded a new video:
Let's Play/Drown Out - The Need for Speed (3DO, 1994)
I enjoyed it! Not as information-dense as some of the videos (and I'm still eagerly awaiting the next EFMM video ), but the Starcade stuff was a treat.

I'm British and I loved the latest Video. Naturally, i never saw the Starcade show but Ewhac, you were everything I expected from a 1980s San Francisco teen. You did spiritually-channel heroic '80s computer geek very well in that Or rather, you looked like an extra from the film War Games
Cracking video. Thanks for sharing.
