3DO - Driving School Japan

Does anyone have a copy of a 3DO title called Driving School Japan (it may also be called Multimedia Shinsho Driving School)? I'm looking for a cover scan so that I can see what it looks like.
3DOKid did a review of the game so possibly he has a scan of the front?

I have it, or my list tells me I do. However getting to it will be a problem. Not even sure if I have the original cover. Why the hell am I posting this? I'm not being any help.
Someone have a cover photo/scan for this guy??

ROFL! I was climbing thru my game room filled with boxes and found some Jap 3DO games and I still didn't find it, glad you ended up having it.
