Has anyone ever seen the Rock 3 joystick? It's a cool enough looking thing, but for the life of me, I just can't figure out what the hude handle is for. I mean, I guess if you play your 3DO outside in a rough neighborhood you could grab it and swing it as a weapon... Maybe it's so the owner can defend himself from unsavory 3DO thieves looking to steal his new copy of Captain Quazar or even the Rock 3 itself?

its a nice handle incase you want to carry it over to the closest house who had a 3DO 1000 miles away, that way while your walking if anyone tries to muggs you, you can use it to beat them up

i just cant use that controller its too clicky, i would only use it as a bypass for a snes controller, but i dont care for those either .. lol

It was ahead of it't time ... years later Nintendo opted for a similar design w/the Gamecube
