My wife and I enjoy classic gaming, but we only play co-op games, and never play alone.
From consoles as old as the Atari 2600 (Joust gets regular play on it), to our PS3, we try to only play co-op games.
The 3DO has recently showed up on our radar, and we are both really interested in it, but I have been having difficulty in finding any information at all as to which games support a non-sports co-op mode or not.
Does anyone know of some good co-op titles for the 3DO?

hello and welcome
so you want games where you and the wife can play together and not against eachother?
Captain Quazar is the only one i can think of right now, you both just shoot stuff together, i havent played it in awhile but i think you can shoot eachother also on accident
if you like game shows i recommend Twisted the game show or Zhadnost
you play against eachother but its loads of fun and there are various levels of difficulty you can set it at
other than sports games i dont think there are many co-op games on the 3do, just turn based games and 1 player games

Most of the ALG light gun games support 2 player co-op
Burning soldier also sports a 2 player co-op mode.

I agree. Both awesome games (especially Twisted!)

And you call yourselves 3DO fanatics? Sheesh. I'll show you how it's done.
Captain Quazar is great for co-op of course.
Fifa International Soccer definitely had co-op. Up to 6 players, I believe.
Slam 'n Jam '95 had co-op, too, I think.
Alright, well, that's all I know of that haven't been mentioned.

i havent even played every 3do game yet, because alot of them are still sealed
burning soldier is 2 player?
didnt know that since it says nothing about that on the box, you would think that might be helpfull as a selling point

So, er...any others?

In particular, any unsung 2P co-op games in the Japanese or Korean 3DO libraries?
We played Trip'd and Burning Soldier tonight, but it'd be nice to have more options. We could try Captain Quazar, but I don't see us playing Mazer, another 2P co-op game that wasn't mentioned...at least, I certainly don't look forward to going through it again!
(For that matter, do we have a comprehensive list of 2P games from all regions?)

I know that Crayon Shin Chan is two player and has a competitive mode, don't know about co-op.
