Creature Shock - 3DO vs. Saturn

What makes the Sega Saturn version of Creature Shock a "special edition"? Enhanced graphics? New levels? I've never played the Saturn copy, so I'm curious if it has genuine new content, or if it is just the same game w/a tweaked title.

There are some new things here. Mainly cleaned up graphics and remixed sound as well as a few new areas.
