What is the device in the upper right? Is it a memory storage device? It almost looks like it says memory unit.

The memory on a 3DO FZ1 must be plutonium powered. Mines never failed - but I have one too.

Indeed. The Sega CD one dies after 2 years and has be desoldered and then you gotta solder in a new one. The Saturn one lasts for around 2 years as well. The 3DO? FOREVER!

anyone know if there is an image of that storage manager disc floating around? I remember someone asking for it once and I did not have it. It's a shame that someone would sell one of them units without the disc too. Feel kinda bad for the person. Is that disc the only mem manager that works with the unit too?
