I know Samurai Showdown does but was curious if Street Fighter did the same? I've been trying to back up my NVRAM saves to the MNEMO USB but every time I reset or power off the console after I'm done playing the game refuses to save! Does it just not save?
Btw in order for Gex to save your progress would you need to finish like a whole sub section of the game? i.e. the horror map and activate all the TV's? When I try to save upon completing 1 stage and activating 1 extra TV it doesn't save.
Does Street Fighter use NVRAM back-up saves for high scores?

I don't have Street Fighter, but in Gex you need to collect a TV remote in the level in order to save. There are a few levels which you can't save after, but you don't need to complete an entire world before you can save.
