Time Warner Interactive/Atari Games (formerly the arcade division of Atari) and Atari Corp. (which made the Jaguar) were separate entities.

Die Alien Scum was actually a retooled version of the Cybermorph series. Funny little story there. There was to be a third installment to Battlemorph for the Jaguar CD, but they helf it back to see what TW was doing as they would port it over to Jaguar. Sad as it is, the Jaguar was canceled as a console. Time Warner cancellled Die Alien Scum shortly after as well knowing the game would never be able to be duplicated in the home market, especially after what they considered to be a total disaster with the 32-X T-MEK. It really isn't that bad though as a game sadly.
This is a stick up! Put all of your 3DO games in the bag and nobody gets hurt!
