I did a similar poll for Icebreaker 2 and was dissapointed w/the results. :( Hopefully things have changed. I know I'm buying all 4! :P

If it was me and I bought only one it'd have to be Onside Soccer for two reasons. The first, it's a very playable prototype [never before released!] for around $30 with postage, more for us Europeans I guess but the Euro/Pound kicks ass on the exchange anyway! Secondly the original only worked on developer units and with all due credit to oldergames they found the expertise to make this playable on regular 3DO machines! Although oldergames seem to be a bit submissive on this breakthrough. At least the news hasn't been Dugg or Slashdotted yet which it should be in my opinion :D

Yeah, I can't wait to get my hands on Onside Soccer. Why it never got released initially was beyond me, games like this being cancelled were what caused the death of 3DO in the end. Maybe some other cancelled games will get released... Waterworld, NHL 96, Mortal Combat, Doom 2, Magic Carpet... the list is endless!!!
I've ordered all four of the games, if these games do well, who knows how successful 3DO's future will be, plus they are all very different and exciting.

It's not about the breakthrough, it's about the games. You've known me
for a long time old friend. We are in it for the collective fans of these
orphaned systems. If it were about getting credit we would have sued
Good Deal Games years ago for stealing credit for our games, and
stealing our art.

If you are not in it for the right reasons people will see through it.
Frankly I'd love to see it get some publicity but because of one HUGE
reason:

THERE ARE FOUR NEW GAMES BEING RELEASED FOR THIS AWESOME
AND UNDER APPRECIATED SYSTEM! :)

HOW COOL IS THAT? I MEAN SERIOUSLY?! I LOVE THE 3DO!

I tell you man... it's beginning to feel like 2002 and the CD-i
all over again. Thanks for keeping mum about this for us while
we hammered out the final contracts with "you know who". It's
good to know you have always been true to your word.

Now if only a certain person :cough: :cough: would agree to
be our European distributor :cough: :cough:... wow... I'm
coughing a lot lately, huh? ;)

I have to disagree. Onside is a fantastic title but the real steal in the whole
bunch is IceBreaker 2. In all honestly, in the years, and years we have been
doing this stuff I'd have to say it's the one title that I cab truly say is
the best one we've ever stood behind.

You see... Soccer is great but when you aren't in the mood for it thats
where IB2 shines. NOT ONLY does it come with over 100 levels, and
completely new challenges but it ALSO includes the original IceBreaker
prototype (like getting 2 full games in one!)... BUT it also has about
a dozen+ additional applications AND tons of extra content.

The game is loaded with tons of content and extras. Another huge thing
about it is that the original artist himself: Mr. Dave Bondi collaborated
with us directly on the artwork, and the original author Andy Looney
has made a very cool video which until this very moment we have not
announced to be, but since you guys rock so freaking much and
I'm as excited as you are about all this I am happy to announce will
be... A BONUS DVD included with IceBreaker 2.

Ok... now that I stopped jumping in my seat acting like a kid
the moral of the story is that IceBreaker 2 kicks some serious butt
and you are still my brother from another mother who talks
funny and whatnot. :)

Is a phone call the only way to order a game? I have a paypal account and I was wondering if that is enough to buy a game or what I need to do?
