3D Adventure from REAL Sampler

So I was messing around with the real sampler disc on my 3DO today.
So there is a section of the demo disc where you walk around in a virtual room and explore different genres of games to see previews of.
There is a game on there simply called 3D Adventure. The screen shots look really interesting. Did this title ever get fully developed under a different title? Or did it just get scrapped?
