Unfortunately, it's just the Goldstar knock-off. Still, it has the box! Pretty cool:

The Alive... I'd guess that due to Goldstar's lovely rep for putting out garbage electronics at the time, that the Alive part was to try and convince consumers that the system actually functions, lol.
I had a brand new Goldstar VCR that was in the repair shop 5 different times in less than a year around 1991.
