Testing station problem

Well the testing station arrived.To my surprise it came with two panasonic controllers which have a sticker behind writing version 2.0. Now i have a problem with the switch behind.It is broken and the cables cut. I have four cables green,orange,red and black. When i connect black,green 3do works, when i connect orange black it works again. What use is the red one and how can i see which one is the encrypted which not.

Finally fixed it , the black/green is the encrypted and the orange/black is unencrypted. The red one remains a mystery... good news is that the laser just needed a little cleaning.
