Normally this is where I would say try looking in the sticky named 3DO Soundtracks however the host site no longer hosts so as of right now it's unavailable.

Can't you upload it on a file-hosting site like megaupload.com or sendspace.com?

Yeah, as a general rule of thumb it isn't a good idea to have your first post on a forum be begging for stuff.
