Games compatible with the 3DO mouse?

Post by Austin » Tue Aug 31, 2010 2:49 pm

So, I picked up a 3DO mouse yesterday with Lemmings (Finally). I'm curious as to what other games are compatible with this thing.

Haha.. It's always nice to take trip back in time to an old thread, where it then shoots you even farther back to a totally different thread.. Thanks for the tip. :)

If anyone wants to refresh their memory, according to those threads, these are supposedly what's compatible. If anything is missing, I'm curious to know..

-Cyberdillo
-Fun 'n Games
-Kingdom: The Far Reaches
-Lemmings
-Myst
-Shanghai Triple Threat
-World Cup Golf
-Most of the American Laser Games

I'm fairly sure The Incredible Machine supports the mouse.

Has anyone tried that, or is able to verify it?

The Incredible Machine is one of several 3DO games that you think should support the 3DO mouse. It doesn't though.

My brother had an A500 Amiga, I had A1200 we played against each other, in an attempt to beat the single player missions first, in what is for me, the last fond memory I had living at home with my family. It was a long time ago.

It was a brilliant game. Stories like: I used the minigun, burnt 100 civilians and robbed a police car... brilliant.

It never gelled with me on the 3DO.

I have it 87% downloaded, the first one. Just remembering this stuff took me all the way back to the days of trackball pads and marathon Doom sessions with Surge cola.

The ban request was for someone openly talking about downloading a game.

aaaah. I never do that. I'm a good boy I am. Plus, I'm using *nix/windows7 64bit and nothing runs on either of them.

Right, whatever. Something from the mid-90s that you'll find if you're face down in a garbage dump, buried six feet in. I legally own a copy... somewhere. Live with it.
