The really frustrating part is that I feel like I had this same struggle last time I played, yet I don't remember how I got past it (or even if I did, perhaps not)

3rd day in, I need to wait for a car outside of the arcade and plant a bug (I cheated and used a walkthrough) But the car never shows! I've made no mistakes thus far, the daily progress report says I've accomplished everything I needed to ...

Who has gotten past this? Why won't it show? What, if anything, am I forgetting, doing wrong, etc...?

Thanks in advance for any hints.

But, I think I've finally figured it out!

Moved on to the 2nd disc!
