I know this should be in the marketplace.....but I need to at least replace a ribbon cable and possibly a laser assembly on a Goldstar - whoever can help me will get a copy of Policenauts for their trouble!

You could always piece one together?? What ribbon cable do you need? For the laser assembly? What happened to it?

from the laser tray to the mainboard - its the most common fault - I believe there to be at least one , possibly more , breaks in it. It just wears through at its folds from continual opening and closing.
