SNES Controller Adapter

I used to have a few of these way back in the day. Bought them at Babbages. Have never seen them since, does anyone know if they are still available or where I can find them?

i had 3 of them at one point, but sold 2 off
the 2 i sold off were on the Rock3 joystick, which had the SNES attachment on the side of it
the only place ive ever seen them was on Ebay, or yahoo japan auctions
