3DO Companys address

Post by 3DOKid » Mon Feb 22, 2010 11:34 am

I could only find:

Headquarters Address
200 Cardinal Way
Redwood City, CA 94063
United States
Phone: 650-385-3000

but on Google Maps if you put in 94063 it puts the offices in a field and if you put in Cardinal Way it looks like a residential zone. Anyone know the truth?

I'm in Palo Alto tomorrow -- maybe I can take a taxi to get a picture of the old 3DO home?

I'd actually have something useful to say if somebody hadn't stolen my moving truck when I first moved to LA, thus removing my entire collection. I had all these boxes, the original 3DO manuals, and two copies (don't know why) of the 3DO store pamphlet until somebody STOLE MY MOVING TRUCK.

Not that I'm bitter. You know. That somebody STOLE MY MOVING TRUCK AND EVERYTHING IN IT.

Indeed. Even lost my cat. Still had the laptop under my arm, but had to buy a $60 power supply for it.

Man, if someone stole my cat, I'd hunt them to the ends of the Earth. Same for my video games.

They probably spent the latter part of the consoles life running from shareholders, bill collectors, 3do fans who were out for blood

Most bigger companies had a number of addresses. A development house isn't a warehouse, the executives aren't doing order fulfillment, and programmers like to be as far away from the "suits" as possible. Seeing as 3DO was a huge operation at one point, it's not that surprising that they'd have a number of facilities.
