No password or save feature? I can't beat this crap in one sitting. I can't beat any game in one sitting haha

Why developers, do you insist on sticking me without even the most meager of password systems!

This one takes an hour to beat, maybe a tiny bit less. That's not so bad for one sitting.

An hour? It takes me like 20 minutes just to get used to the akward jumping physics

guess I just wasn't built for Zool 2

    Nope. Considering the game released long before Rayman did, that's kind of hard to do. ZOOL is some awesome gameage, if you take the time to really get into the game.

That's after you get used to it. The jumping and movement is much faster than most (if not all) platformers. Like any other game though, you need to learn it and get used to it. At that point, it should take no more than an hour to get through it.

When you get the hang of it you will find the jumping to be very precise. I may recommend constantly doing the spin-jump as well, as it will shield you from many flying enemies.

If I ever get a Jaguar again, I will do a longplay of it on YouTube.. I can 1CC this one without much of a problem these days, although I was never able to beat it when I was younger. :)

It's like old times.
I played Pitfall on the Mega Drive and stopped only after it finishes. Playing Atari Jaguar version, I was seated and I'm slowly going through the phases. :D

I took a small move in Zool 2 but could not move from area 1-3. What to do in this game? Still not quite understand.

You have to collect as many candy icons as you possibly can. The counter in the lower corner of the screen needs to be at 99 (it goes up by collecting these icons). You won't be able to complete a level without having the counter at 99.

Basically, grab everything you possibly can. Finding secrets by shooting walls helps as well, as while they usually hold extra lives and bonus round icons, they also have lots of candy crap.

Thanks Austin :D

I gave a small jogadinha this game this weekend, but honestly, the speed and accuracy of the character to jump from one platform to another is not helpful
