How rare and expensive is Towers 2?

Funny you should mention it. Mine was £25 so not very expensive but it never turned up, so rarer than rocking-horse pooh.

I've seen it once on eBay for $200 complete which is why I was asking.

It is quite rare. From loose cart to NIB, it goes for $50-150.

yeah. if you are a casual collector, buy it if you see it under $100.
