Jag Fest - 3DO fans could go?

I've always looked at Jag Fest with envious eyes. If only... but 3DO doesn't have the support the Jag enjoys. Maybe I could go to Jag fest? (as 3DOkid, with my 3DOKid 3DO collection?)

Sure you could. I mean talk to the co-ordinators, but I would think having a 3DO setup would be awesome, and just add to the retro atmosphere. JagFest 2002 and 2003 that I went to had ALL sorts of game systems there.

(Looks at my Video Game Bible 1985-2002) You should also try to find gamers who play the (1992) Phillips CD-i, NEC's Turbo Duo (1993) Jaguar, 3DO, Pioneer Laseractive (1994) Amiga CD32, JVC X'eye, Memorex VIS, Sega Pico (1995) Sega Saturn and Nintendo Virtual Boy.

I think all those represent the awesome gaming that the Jaguar and 3DO fall into.

No massive market successful weenies allowed. :P

I want to see some laserdisc games.

Funny, I have the Laseractive but I don't actually have any games for it. I just use it for SEGA CD. It does make a terrible movie player so I use a different one for those.
One of these days I need to attend a retro-game convention.

I wouldn't see any problem with a 3DO fan attending JagFest. I'm a diehard Atari geek but I plan on attending the Commodore Expo here in Las Vegas later in the month. :) I think the system wars of years past are relegated to that era in time. Both systems were officially buried by their creators over a decade ago.

I wish we had a big enough fan base here in Oz for retro conventions - I'd travel to attend - no worries - any Oz members on this or other forums know of any?
