Well, at least on Yahoo Japan it seems to be. On Ebay, I have a feeling it would do better.

In my opinion, this is the most significant M2 hardware to ever show up. It has what appears to be a final (or close to final) version of the control pad that I have only ever seen very small pictures of in gaming magazines of the mid 1990's.
There is the relatively new picture floating around of the bone colored M2 pad of the same design, but it is only a picture. This is the first time that a legitimate pad has surfaced as far as I am aware (not including the very early back third-party-shell pads).
On top of that, it has some version of the console with a logo on it that I have never seen before.

No, if it were on ebay someone would post it with a $4,000 price tag and it would never get sold.

For $4000 it would still be grabbed.

I'm so sad i haven't been on here in such a long time. since i've last posted on here I got my evil night boards repaired to last me another 10 years at least, i bought 2 original light guns, and an original shotgun. the part that makes me real sad is seeing those polystars boards and didn't know they were listed hahaha I would've snagged them in a heartbeat

Just an empty case, huh? Bummer. Good luck ever finding a spare motherboard for it. Although, it would be neat to turn it into something else. Slap another board in there from another system. I don't know, make an original 3DO out of it, haha.

yeah. i'm grabbing my popcorn and watching this one.
I think Bitrate already has this stuff, so I'm wondering what kind of demand still exists for this.

I suspect there will be a lot of bidding shenanigans based on the current history.
