Yeah I'm not into having full collections either, I've got about 10 consoles I buy games for anyway. The fact that there's only 81 is why I'm going for a full collection. I can't justify buying hundreds to complete other systems, but 81 is a nice low number compared to the others. Some are very hard...

Yeah you've probs just overlooked it, thinking its the Jap version. There's a couple on eBay UK just now. Here's a list of the case types - Jewel Cases: Ballz: The Directors Cut BC Racers Burning Soldier Cannon Fodder Dragon's Lair Flashback Gridders Incredible Machine Iron Angel Of The Apocalypse J...

NeoGeoNinja, I wouldn't rule out there being other PAL releases but I'm pretty sure my list is 99% accurate. (1) Like Austin said the one with flames is the US version. There's a couple of the PAL ones on eBay just now, but usually it's one of the harder PAL games to find. (2) The PAL Street Fighter...

PAL 3DO Collectors

To follow on from the 'How would you describe yourself as a 3DO collector' thread I've been trying to compile a complete list of PAL 3DO game releases as there doesn't seem to be a list on the net anywhere. I posted the following in the said thread - My criteria PAL classification are: (1) The box m...

Yeah it's all from my own research, trawling the net for the last year or so as I prefer the PAL releases to US and Jap ones also. My criteria PAL classification are: (1) The box mentions PAL i.e. 'This title displays in letterbox format on PAL 3DO systems (2) The box has an EU age classification la...

Just picked up the PAL versions of BC Racers and Panzer General, both are very rare here in Europe. Panzer General seems ok, not my type of game though. As for BC Racers - terrible, just terrible.

I voted moderate. I'm trying to collect a complete PAL 3DO collection. I believe there are 81 PAL releases and a few that are debatable as to whether there PAL or just a loose US game with an EU rating sticker slapped on it.

So i'm playing the first Iron Angel game and i'm stuck on level 24. I've killed the boss and now i'm just wandering in circles between levels 19 - 24. Anyone got any advice on where i should go next?

Thanks for the welcome guys.

@ Trev - Your right about Johnny Bazookatone being almost unplayable, the collision detection reminds me of something found in old 8 bit Nes games.

@ 3DO Kid - Haven't played Iron Angel yet, but I'm not expecting much from it.

Hi All, My name is Jamie, from Scotland. I've been a retro game collector for a few years now. The 3DO is a console i've always wanted since i saw it in a electronics store back in late '95. I asked my parents for one that christmas but i got a playstation instead. Anyway i just got myself a PAL FZ-...
