We've been doing it for a while in the M2 section, so I'm guessing it's ok?

I've got a meaty 3DO auction I need to advertise.
Is it yours? If so I think you should advertise it in a PM solely to me. 8)

Re: T2K on the Vita?

FYI to prior-PSP owners, some PS One classics are available on the PSN shop for the Vita. If you have previously purchased one of the games available and you have your PSN account linked, you can re-download them at no charge. Same with PSP games that were brought over to the Vita. That is excellen...

Re: All my Jag games

I give them props for being cryptic - they'd force me to pick them up just so I could check the back and see what kind of games they actually are! Funny you picked that game Ninja - I never knew it was a Spy Hunter type game until I picked up a loose copy - I assumed it was a 2D brawler or some such...

Re: A good reason to play 3DO

For me, I love AVP! I actually think it's better to both Po'ed & Killing Time. I don't care for Doom, although clearly the Jag version trumps the embarrassing 3DO port in every way except music. I think Wolfenstein 3D on 3DO is superior to the Jag version in many ways however. I say that as someone ...

Re: 3DOish games

I like both styles - a light gun game is good fun, especially when you are looking for a simple time waster. I've got most of the ALG games (missing Drug Wars) and both Area 51 & Maximum Force. Each have things I like about them.

Re: All my Jag games

I'm a sucker for good labels. Back in the day a lot of times all we could rely on was artwork. Even if it often didn't reflect the game accurately, I always loved attractive labels. It's actually one of the things I enjoy most when it comes to collecting for the 2600. There are some bad games, but t...

Re: Peace with Atarians?

I think part of it may stem from Atari fans remembering the glory days of the 2600, and the companies rich and colorful history. Seeing the heights they fell from under mismanagement and whatnot is frustrating Same thing with Nintendo fans, reflecting on the 8-bit era, and frustrated at how the Wii ...

Re: A good reason to play 3DO

3DO was the FPS console back in the day! Hmmm. Jaguar had awesome versions of Doom and Wolf 3D (updated > the original), not to mention AVP! 3DO had Killing Time as it's primary killer app, supported by a great port of Wolf 3D and PO'ED and a poor mans Doom (sorry!). I would honestly say it's tit f...

I often see copies of OWI for the Saturn in my gaming hunts. Even though it's pretty cheap, I never by a copy. A game has to be something special for me to own multiple versions.

Re: T2K on the Vita?

I wonder if it'll find success on Sony's struggling handheld ... Sounds like a paradox to me Trev. Let's say: If 10,000 copies sell, but only 11,000 ppl own the Vita, does that make the game a success?? Attach rate is good, numbers are better, lol. The game is already a critical success - le...

My own thought (which is just a shot in the dark) is that not much work had by done on the game, otherwise it would have been finished and released on the PSX or Saturn. But I've no idea for sure.

Demo discs. A mix of playable levels and short vid clips (also easy access to the memory manager).

The Buffet one was from Interplay, and included footage of the unreleased Waterworld game. As for the Interactive samplers, I think there were four of them.

First of all, welcome to the forums. I enjoyed reading your 3DO story. That said, you start by saying you've read the rules section and immediately proceed to break them!?! After being reminded of forum rules you go on to make insulting comments. I'd suggest this isn't the best way to introduce your...
