I was going through a lot of my long-box 3DO titles a while back and every once in a while a receipt would show up. Here is another Korean addition to the collection. It's a box variant for the Alive 1 system.

I disagree with that it has "stayed true to its arcade gameplay, by deliberately shunning the realism"... The game STARTED as a fairly realistic street racing game. I feel no "arcade racing" when i play NFS on the 3DO. Exactly. This tells me that they didn't play the first Need for Speed on the 3DO...

What is the item (jewel case) second picture down, top left corner of the picture? I can make out "Killing Time" and the 3DO and Studio 3DO logos, but not much else.

I'm not sure about this at all, but I seem to recall that the second game was said to be better because it allowed you to race.

If things weren't such a mess around my house right now I would pull out my copy and try it.
Maybe someone else here owns the game and can chime in?

I have not tried either of the two games, but I do believe I read somewhere that the second one was the superior game.
It is a very old/vague memory, though.

Over 1700 dollars for that game on evilbay. Are they serious? What in the blue blazes is wrong with people? Congratulations to the seller and an look of absolute horror and shock at whoever paid that much for a non prototype, one of a kind only game. I shudder to think what his maximum bid was. 2k?...

It's not like that. I don't have the room to keep that stuff out. I only took it out for pictures and then had to put everything away.
