I'm close to chicago, and I work in chicago a few days a month. But I'm down in STL.

I believe your image above is from my ebay auction. :) :) I sold a very complete system with about 30 titles a few years ago on ebay. It went for somewhere around $350 for reference. I found the system manual sometime after this was sold, so if you were the winner, send me a PM. I think i still have...

these items are long gone. I assure you.
Debug 3DO's come up every once in a while. I've passed on quite a few.

I've seen Atari collectors. There's a lot of them that are admittedly living with their parents still.
Though, i guess a lot of gamers are like that.

Re: E*B*A*Y time to forgive.
Ebay is OK. Experienced users know how to sift through the BS. You have to wait for someone to actually post an auction if you want rare titles. The BIN are all 200-500% inflated. But I've nabbed complete Star Control II's for $30-$40 over the last year, while all the BIN are near or over $100. Set ...

OLED models are 1000. The Sony label is above the Dpad
LCD are 2000, Sony label above the top left screen.

Re: T2K on the Vita?
I think I am going to pick up a Vita later today. Not really in a position to grab one financially speaking, but there's always plastic. ;) Definitely need to get an OLED one before they are gone. I also want the older, thicker model. After their PS3 "Super" Slim, I don't have faith in them to make...

Re: Jaguar Sector II down
Hmmm. I sense a trend emerging. I suppose, if we unravel ALL of the complete bullshit, that has in turn - singlehandedly disabled JS-II permanently - then the very same could happen here too? And all because, initially, a specific individual couldn't stand to be called out publicly on his pricejack...

Re: Gaming scene today vs yesterday
I seriously wish the PS4 = PS1. that's not gonna happen. The closest thing will be the downloadable games and the indie scene. And I'd rather stick to Steam for that stuff. If you want a PS1 experience... start collecting PSP. It's well worth it. Or grab a Vita and pay for PSP games. It's too costl...

I don't think he has a condition. I've dealt with asperger's on numerous occasions.
Nothing about him indicates this.

Super Burnout is the standout hidden gem IMO.
I just got Towers II. I had completely forgotten about Worms. I remember when it was released I considered buying it, but I was happy playing it on PC at the time. Didn't think about the collectible factor.

Was browsing for some other items, and noticed this one pop up. https://www.stoneagegamer.com/more.../3do/ I remember this project went silent on here awhile back with rumors of StoneAgeGamer. Re: Proposed New Console: Sega Sol
You'd be better off just designing new cases for classic Sega consoles.
I'd bet there would be good money in making a Sega DUO with good video and audio outputs.

It's also one of the few games I own without the box. Gotta go track that down.

That's good to hear.
The lack of security with ordering caused me to skip this one. It would be cool to play on the Jag, but I have it on a couple consoles.

I had to do a chargeback for a similar deal with this same user. Proceed with caution. Sorry mate, what's a charge back? I think it's whereby you have paid for goods via PP or CreditCard etc and after a certain permitted period, if no goods and no communication is had, you can reverse the funds bac...

Re: Does Primal Rage Suck?
It was a great game in the right arcades. You had to learn the fighting system. Lots of people jumped into it and tried to play it like SF2. You can do that, but you miss out on some of the depth. It's a nice cross of SF2 and Mortal combat. There are some nasty combo's when you get to it. I play thi...

yeah. I kicked this one immediately. These puzzles were so rewarding, and it looks like they are the same style. It will be really hard not to abuse the internet to solve these.
