It is quite close yes, but the play mechanics are still not the same.

I only just found this and tried it last night, and it is an exceptional effort ;) I tried some games from disc and they were quite jolty, but when i ripped them to an .iso, they ran very nicely. :) What would be great is if i could get a 3DO pad to work on the PC, i think there is a SNES to PC adap...

pics? Is this is the silver on the top with the label, or on the bottom? The data is encased in plastic, so I imagine the label is peeling off. How did you have these stored? Were they in the attic? Cause if it is, that is the issue right there, and Way of the Warrior wont load either.

Ive got a few genuine games for my 3DO that i havent taken out for a long time, they are all spotlessly clean and have always been dry, but the discs are starting to have the silver come off them.

Anyone else seen this with their discs?

Does Way of the Warrior work on that machine??

Because it loads faster, the graphics are the same if not a touch better, the music is the same, but most importantly, ITS ALL ON ONE DISC!!!! In my experience, the FZ10 is faster than the FZ1, and the Goldstar didnt work properly with the game gun, it was totally inaccurate, as if it was ever accurate to begine with...

Depending on the size of your TV, s-video is pretty piss poor quality when compared to RGB.

If you screen is as big as mine, the difference is like going from Double Dragon on the Atari 2600 to the original arcade version.

For any other game on both, i would too, but certainly NOT this one. Its great on both, but its best on PS1

Carlo3DO, if you do that, it will look the same or worse than if you do the job properly. Connecting with RGB is more than just plugging something in that way, it is the pure signal, which is why it looks best. If you play Return Fire on the Playstation, it has all this on one disc.

Yeah we did here too, as well as the PAL converter. The FZ10-E gets around all that, but it has a border all the way around the whole picture.
