What I'd like to see is anyone, who posts something like this within their first or first few posts, banned. "What do you think this loose copy of Mazer is worth?" and then you see it on Ebay. Eh, that just bugs the hell out of me. As for the For Sale section. Eh, this isn't Ebay, it's more like a c...

If you have the connections plugged into connectors on the TV marked LINE IN, Video 1 or something similar, as long as it says IN, you may need to change the input on your TV. There should be a button on the TV or remote that says Input Select, TV/Video or something similar. Changing that to match w...

Why do I get the feeling that the post above me is somehow spam? That link and name of the link in the signature for one and the fact that the text of the post is just a dictionary description of what emulation is. If I'm wrong, so be it, but why would you post a definition of the word? What does th...

Decathlon was not licensed in any way and it was definately an illegal run. The reason it was limited to 50 copies, was supposedly to limit the games distribution to try and keep it under the radar of whoever currently owns the rights. As for the rest, I don't know, however I did point out the quest...

That doesn't look anything like a prototype and is most certainly not an official 3DO dev copy cd. That looks like a cd-r copy that the developer sent to OG so they could get it encrypted. I'd bet that the the programmer has plenty more of these lying around and/or can make dupes at a moments notice...

Sneaky seller, in my opinion.

What a sneaky underhanded seller this is, in my honest opinion. This guy thought he was real slick by putting up a damaged Demo Binder for auction. He had little idea what it would fetch so he put up a reserve. That's not the bad part though. It seems he put the reserve at some insane amount so it w...

Panasonic did pour money into the 3DO, Panasonic and Goldstar. Two of the biggest companies around. Unfortunately due to the fact that they wanted to actually try and make money on the console(not including game sales), the insane price out the door hurt the 3DO badly. With all the money they dumped...

Well, almost every US game was released in a long box. The exceptions being most of the Vivid titles, Woody Woodpecker, any demo cd and I think the games boxed with any 3DO system even though those games too were sold in long box form. As far as I know, 3DO never made any changes near the end to sel...

Rock 3 joystick = deadly weapon?

Has anyone ever seen the Rock 3 joystick? It's a cool enough looking thing, but for the life of me, I just can't figure out what the hude handle is for. I mean, I guess if you play your 3DO outside in a rough neighborhood you could grab it and swing it as a weapon... Maybe it's so the owner can defe...

This is actually a 3D Zero Controller. It originally came with a little stick that screws into the d pad. There's a picture of the box and all over on 3DO Today on the accessory page. I would guess that what was in the video is much further along than the artwork as the artwork and storyline would likely have been done before the actual programming of anything. Just a personal opinion, by I don't consider demos to be part of the list. They should be on their own list. That includes games with versions(c1.1,etc). If you're going to just lump everything onto the list, then that leads to having to add EVERY officially burned developer copy of the game before ...
