there is a store around my house that has a copy in long box. Not sure if the white booklet is included, but if anyone is looking for a boxed copy, I'd be happy to pick it up for someone if we arrange something

I did this for 3DO experience and the 3DO Secrets Book volume 2

You can also help us out a ton by "liking" the project on kickstarter via the link above. The more "likes" we get, (button I under video window on page) the more popularity the project gathers, and the higher it appears on the kckstarter site

All help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the insight man. No paypal for kickstarter, just the amazon payments.

Yeah, I am not directly posting this asking for donations. Just getting feedback. But if your compelled to help, I don't frown upon it haha

Launching my next film, need community help

Hey everyone, I am sure most of you know me as a 3DO / Killing Time junkie and fairly longtime member of the forum, but I am actually a filmmaker as well haha. I am currently funding my next film "Almost There - Stories from the American Road" on Kickstarter, and of course need all the help / word o...

I had a 3DO when they first came out, but that's just cause I was an only child, and my parents were doing pretty well back then. It also helped my dad was a tech junkie in the 90's haha

but yeah. Even TODAY, as an adult, I look at $700 as a huge amount of cash.

its always entertaining to hear just how many consoles the m2 or its sucessor chipsets ALMOST made it into Sega talks to Matsushita about M2, Nintendo talks to them about MX, maybe there is some tech in the xbox / 360...its just insane how weird of a life a product that was supposed to be a stand al...

Apparently Playdom (never heard of them) acquired Acclaim, so they may be the end owners of anything Killing Time related

As a side note...I wonder if Acclaim ended up with the IP rights to Killing Time. They were working on a port to PS1 / Saturn, which never ended up released (and as far as I can tell, nothing EVER leaked of it either. Torus Games was aparently working on it per an interview on Australian IGN, but no...

Best 3DO games to revive for "today"...

I was playing some 3DO earlier, while neglecting my current gen consoles yet again, and I started thinking... What if you could pick a developer to recreate or revamp some of your favorite 3DO games for current gen hardware. My hope with this topic is that we can get creative with our imaginations a...

Maybe your systems laser is just getting weak? I've never had a problem with backed up games. I haven't burnt my entire library, but some of the rarer games, or ones I'd like to keep sealed, have all worked perfectly on my system. My burner (I own a mac) won't even allow me to burn at any speeds slo...

I think, given the fact there are SO MANY different versions of packaging for 3DO titles, (seven if you include titles that came in jewel cases only) the 3DO wins for "most revisions to packaging" of any console I can think of.

This is just a guess, but may be correct I assume the two cables are neutral and live, and the 3rd one on the NTSC may be ground. Although the 3do plug for the wall does not have the ground post, so I could be off. But thats my guess, one wire is your live, one is your neutral, and the 3rd is ground...

It's worth whatever you want it to be worth resale as a lot..probably $300....worth more if you sell each piece individually, but thats the hassle of selling things as a bundle...you rarely if ever get as much as if you had the patience to sell each item individually The question is...whats it worth...

I'll have to load up my policenauts disc and see if I cant find where the text is stored in the game. Maybe it wouldn't be as brutal as I expect (nah, probably is) if the text is editable like 3doKid said Dr. Hauser is
