My money in the last couple of years has been spent on "adventure flights" in old military aircraft, with a flight often costing the price of new console for only 30 minutes in the air. It's a pretty expensive and only occasionally fulfilled hobby, and the range of aircraft to fly in is limi...

True ... here is a quote from Hamill from the WCIII authorized combat guide (Brady Games) O.K. that's good. I didn't know about that, so thanks Trev, for justifying my comments. :) As for the cut scenes in todays games, I find it amusing that so much effort goes to creating "realistic" graphics in ...

cause that was the best he could do? I think that was probably the most likely reason I also think some might have been under the idea that this was the next big thing, the stars/celebrities of a new media. But really if you consider the actors that participated in these types of games appearing in...

As much as I would like to know what your Tracy Scoggins from Snow Job, your Ginger Lynn Allen from Wing Commander III or even your Tamara E. Genest (don't forget the "E") from Way of the Warrior thought of their experiences in performing in the production of a 3do game, I somehow think it was somet...

I also purchased some games and a guide book off GameCubed. Communication was very good, prices were fair, descriptions accurate and the parcel was fantastically organized and secure. :D All discs worked in my FZ-1 (PAL). I don't really like strategy games or RPG's, to me they are fiddly and too long and boring. But in a desert island disc situation they would possibly be something to while the time away. I have started playing Syndicate but never finished it so this would be one of them. :) Fighters being one of my ...

I loved it but I got stuck and I've never finished it. Me to. It was the second example of a puzzle where you had to ensure the lines didn't cross or something. From my memory, logically it didn't seem like it could be done, so I was assuming it was some type of bug in the game that would let me th...

My parents got one for their grandkids for Christmas. It was an all out gamesfest for about 4 weeks, the kids racking up to 11 hour play times (with breaks of course) for days on end and then... nothing. My daughter asked to play the Xbox(original) the other day. I told her what about the Wii you go...

I remember it was sort of played like a FPS, but it just had that dude in it in view as you shot up the beasties, so maybe it's technically a TPS (third person shooter)
