This unit, like the FZ-35S, does not support 3DO games. In fact, this unit is almost exactly like the FZ-35S on a smaller scale. This unit is what the M2 technology finally showed up as. It was to be used in various kiosk situations much like the FZ-35S. If you have heard the stories of the M2 techn...

:D I didn't mean to ignore your offers.
So far, this is the only copy of the game that I have turned up. If/when I run across a second copy 3DO Kid will be the first to know
I still have at least 10 good size boxes of imports to sort through, so don't give up hope !

FZ-55, a relative of the FZ-35S

I thought I would share some pics of something REALLY obscure in my 3DO collection. I did a little searching around on the net and only found one distinct picture of this item and extremely little information. Some of us are familiar with the FZ-35S - LINK The FZ-35S is basically one of the few prod...

For me it is without question The Need for Speed. I saw this game on display at a Software Ect. and instantly HAD to have it. A bunch of my friends and I were really into cars at the time, and this game provided a means of "feeling" what it would be like to own supercars. It was sssssoooooooooo nice...

I plan on starting a thread for discussion on the Goldstar early model/late model differences similar to my thread on the FZ-1 differences.
At the moment though, I still have some technical information to add to the FZ-1 differences thread, and then I'll start in on the Goldstar

A couple of days ago I got around to giving this some play time. However, 10 is countered by 1. So even if you use a 10, if your opponent has a 1, they'll beat you. The first couple of times that I ran across my 10 being beaten by a lower numbered card I was so pissed off  :x Especially since...

Kisekae Paradise - This game is a classic

While sorting through more 3DO imports I ran across this game: http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u49/bitrate_photos/KisekaeParadise_3DO/DSC03462_16.jpg As you can tell by the cover, it is one of those "try to get the clothes off of the women" games. What I found amusing was that after you go throug...

I just edited in some shots of the two FZ-1's internals. If you get nice pictures of the mobo.... the freedo team was looking for pictures of the chips on the mobo. They might be looking into differences of these. Not sure why they need the pictures really. Might want to contact them or post picture...

FZ-1 Differences

I'm sure some of us around here are aware of this, but I thought I would post some pictures and list some details regarding some cosmetic differences in the FZ-1 consoles. In the picture below, a stark contrast in the design of the top half of the FZ-1 shell can be seen. The late model FZ-1 is on th...

Cool as Hell man. I love seeing the obscure 3DO unit around. Nice piece of machinery, and collectible as well! Thanks. It's nice to have a group of people interested in it. There is a small misconception floating around that with this unit you are stuck with the undesirable FZ-JP1X control pad. Thi...

I would vote for making the art out of a working unit. I realize that leaving the console functional may impose some artistic limitations, but personally I think it would make for a more interesting piece.
