Fully agree with pitsunami. Fuses blow for a reason, they are there to protect the rest of the electronics. The worst you can do is to put in a stronger fuse, as that *will* cause additional damage, and it's highly dangerous too. I know, this would kill the power supply for sure. I am going to chan...

Problems with japanese 3DO FZ-1
Greetings ! I´ve got a japanese FZ-1, everytime I try to power up the console the fuse blows immediately. I guess it must be a problem with the power supply, maybe the big black capacitor ( 25 V, 6800µF ) on the board? At the bottom of the capacitor there is something like solid brown glue or resin ...
