Re: Soccer Kid

Can anybody make a side by side comparison of the Jag/3DO games? Like they do with the Saturn/PSX? I would love to see that. I want to get Soccer Kid after Ewhac and Gammadev were playing it. One of them really loved it and so now I want to get it. That would be interesting. I have played Soccer Ki...

Nice!! In the box no less! Did you ever use them?

I wanted three or four for Battlesphere networking, but only got two. Jaglink cable works for two.

Free Jaguar Project - Invitation to a new Forum!

I would like to invite all you emerging Jaguar fans to the new "Free Jaguar Project" http://freejag.atari.org/forum/index.php I know many of you experience the Jaguar through emulation, and we would love to have you on this site to say what has and had not worked through emulation, and while there g...

What 3DOExperience said. This is why i didn't want the 3DO vs Jag thread. i couldn't trust myself. Eh, I liked the debate and was one of the people who helped encourage the opening of the thread here. I love the Jaguar, wanted to hear what the ED0 was about and how it compared, and got some good in...

Thanks Jimmy, I've seen how bad the menus look on the Gold version... I'm afraid of how they look on the original hahaha. Not that I would want to pay for the original :) but the mini games sound nice, I'm sure the explosions are better but it's sad to hear about the fire. Honestly I don't remember...

Iron Solder 2 was even better refined in the graphics. I love how when you walk over the tanks (or shoot them) you get the spokes of the tank treads and all just going flying in the air. The explosions are satisfying. Even the large buildings being punched apart are satifying enough though it falls ...

I think I would have found it enjoyable to have one bouncing thing to catch, but if you are not careful you have three things to catch. And if you miss, your paddle takes damage. That is just annoying. I would have it like Breakout and Arkanoid that if you missed all three you would take damage. So ...

Yes there are. My favorite is the Prison Board BBS telnet://rdfig.net On that BBS there are a lot of door games, there is the wall at the beginning where you can say hi to the other people on the BBS, and once you get to the main menu you can hit X for internet, and then either A for Atari BBS's or ...

That would suck if there were games released that needed an additional Bypass.

How did the Songbird games do their bypass? They were before the encryption key was found.

Braindead 13 and Myst are at least playable. :) And Doom.. you don't like Doom?

My secondary list would be...

1) Bruce Lee
2) Double Dragon
3) Space Ace
4) Mad Bodies
5) Fight For Life (not beta)

It's a sticky situation. The Scatologic folk put a lot of work into the project, so naturally many realize that it is their baby.
